Meet Lawrence: Professional

Before approaching us, due to his sedentary lifestyle, Lawrence suffered from numerous injuries, including weak knees and stiff shoulders. Over the years, he had formed unhealthy habits that hindered his ability to make significant progress in the gym. He had always trained alone, so he was initially dubious, but it became obvious that he needed professional advice to practice more effectively if he wanted to compete at his best.

Meet Lawrence


Lawrence was an experienced gym-goer with a deep love for fitness prior to joining Empowr Personal Training. Persistent knee and shoulder problems, however, severely hampered his mobility and ability, impeding his progress. Despite his background, Lawrence had acquired some negative behaviours that made his problems worse and kept him from realising his full potential.
